The Online Process for Getting a HRD Attestation

Step 1. First, visit our website: galaxynriservices.com, where you email us. You may WhatsApp either call or message from us on a given mobile number for HRD Attestation certificate.

Step 2. After that Please Provide Scan Copies of the documents required for obtaining a HRD Attestation The list of which is given below.
1. Address proof where the applicant was born, and.
2. Birthplace (Hospital Address or home).
3. Aadhar card (Applicant or parents).
4. In addition to this Voter Id (Applicant or parents). – Optional also.
5. 10th class Marks sheet (Applicant).
6. Driving license – Optional also.
7. Affidavit Details.
8. And Last Passport copy (Applicant and/or parents).

Important Note –

City vise document need and processing time may differ as per rule and regulation. There are different rules and regulations for a particular state’s registration of birth act. Every concerned municipal body has different rules and regulations for the death act also.

Step 3. After we receive all the available documents, we’ll provide you the Consultation Charges. The charges will accordingly require service (HRD Attestation).
Step 4. Our team will then submit your documents to the local municipal office.
Step 5. If the Galaxy NRI Services team requires any extra information, Immediately we will also contact you.
Step 6. On receipt of the Birth certificate from the local Municipal Body, We will further send it to your shipping address. We will send the hard copy of the Birth certificate to the Client by Courier. Domestic Courier is Free of Cost & International Courier Charges are Chargeable Extra.

Galaxy NRI Services would need an authorization letter from the applicant or his / her parents. If any one of the parents is an Applicant in favor of Galaxy NRI Services to represent the applicant. We will send the hard copy of the Birth Certificate to the Client by Courier. Domestic Courier is Free of Cost but International Courier Charges are Chargeable Extra.
